How To Assign A Client To An Existing Portfolio

Contact our Help Team if you are a registered professional to get access to the Client Management feature. Once you get access, here is a step-by-step guide on how you can assign an existing portfolio to a new client. A client profile needs to be created first.   • In your Diversiview dashboard, scroll down until you reach your analysis history.
  • In your portfolio details, click on the “Assign Client” button.

  • In the pop-up, select the client you wish to assign to the portfolio by clicking on their name from the drop-down menu. A client profile needs to have been created first. For instructions on how you can add a new client in Diversiview, click here.
  • Once the client has been selected, click Save button in Diversiview.

  • When you view the assigned portfolio, you can check if the right client is assigned at the top of the Analysis Report.
