Diversiview is owned and operated by LENSELL GROUP PTY LTD (ACN 646 467 941 also short named as 'LENSELL' throughout this document).

"Diversiview" and "Portfolio Universe" are registered trademarks of LENSELL.

Please read the following important Terms of Service carefully. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Diversiview and function as a legal agreement between you ("the user") and us ("the information provider").

2. Important Disclaimer

Diversiview does not provide financial advice. All information on the Diversiview website and the produced analysis reports is factual based on known financial formula and theory and using pure mathematical calculations. Diversiview does not take your personal financial situation into account at any stage when calculating expected performance values including asset allocations.

You are solely responsible to decide if any investment security or investment strategy mentioned anywhere on the Diversiview website including blogs and articles or any other product or service from referral partners is appropriate or suitable for you.

All investments carry risk and past performance is not a guarantee of future performance. You should do your own further research and/or consult with a finance professional before making any changes to your investment portfolio.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Diversiview is subject to these Terms of Service and the LENSELL Privacy Policy. Each time you use Diversiview or any other site owned by LENSELL you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of the following conditions, then you must immediately discontinue your use of Diversiview and any other site owned by LENSELL.

LENSELL may at any time revise or amend these Terms of Service and it is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service for any changes each time you visit Diversiview. Your use of Diversiview following any changes to these Terms of Service will signify your agreement to and acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. These Terms of Service apply to all customers, visitors, users, and others who view sites owned by LENSELL.

You agree that you are either at least 18 years of age or an emancipated minor or possess legal parental or guardian consent and are fully able and competent to enter into these Terms of Service and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. Diversiview is not intended for children under the age of 18.

LENSELL hereby grants you permission to use Diversiview as set forth in these Terms of Service provided that you will comply with the Terms of Service. Some of the information (price and data for stocks, funds, or other securities) on Diversiview is licensed to us by others.

4. Account Creation

To access some features in Diversiview, you must create an account.

You may never use another user's account without permission.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Diversiview Use

Diversiview uses a credit points system whereby you purchase credit points that you then use throughout the application to analyse portfolios and to calculate optimised asset allocations. Each portfolio analysis and asset allocation calculation will deduct a set number of points from your points balance.

To purchase points, Diversiview has several plans that are flexible created to suit different investor and investment professional needs as follows:

  • An ad-hoc purchase plan where you buy credit points once and use them anytime during the next 12 months (“Starter”). See the Pricing page for the cost and number of points available under the Starter plan. Any subsequent purchase of points under the Starter plan will extend the validity by another 12 months.
  • A monthly subscription plan where you subscribe to a set number of points every month (“Essentials”). See the Pricing page for the cost and number of points available under the Essentials plan. Unused points expire at the end of the 30 days period. If you use up all points available in a month, you can purchase additional points via the Starter plan (ah-doc top up).
  • A yearly subscription plan where you enter an annual contract with LENSELL (“Professional”). The cost and number of points available under the Professional plan will be negotiated depending on the forecasted volume of analyses indicated by the professional user. The points available under the Professional plan reset every year. If you use up all points available in a month, you can purchase additional points at a discounted rate.

5.1 Features

The following features are available under all plans:

  • Investment and Portfolio expected performance (expected return, volatility, Alpha, Beta, and Sharpe ratio); more indicators may be added in the future.
  • Access to all optimisation features including calculating asset allocation for the Minimum Risk Portfolio, Optimal Portfolio, Efficient Frontier positions, and ability to run portfolio analyses with your own preferred returns.
  • Strategy backtesting, where you can visualise portfolio value for the portfolio composition provided or calculated, starting from a hypothetical $100,000 for the past 3 years.
  • Strategy forecasting, where you can visualise the forecasted portfolio value starting from a hypothetical $100,000 for the next 10 years, considering the expected portfolio performance, randomised portfolio volatility within the historical range, and (optionally) inflation.
  • Portfolio diversification at the investment level including a diversification rating.
  • Risk tolerance calculator based on academic research.
  • Environmental footprint at investment level and portfolio level (where available).


The following features are available under all plans but with different limits:


The following features are available only on some plans:

  • Custom branded dashboard: upon request, we will replace the Diversiview logo and footer on your account dashboard, and on each analysis report. This is available to Professional plans users only.
  • Online product training: live training by a LENSELL team member, via live demos, presentations and walk-through, are available to Essential and Professional plans users only, on request (Maximum 4 hours per year included for Essential plan; maximum 8 hours per year included for Professional; further requests will attract a fee). Starter plan users can still access recorded webinars and videos available in the Help section.
  • In-person product training via workshops is available to Professional plan users only. Depending on the location of the workshop, travel costs may be invoiced to the user.
  • Dedicated direct messaging channel (phone, chat) where the user can contact our support team anytime during business hours (9am - 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday; not available on public holidays). Available to Professional plan users only.
  • Account manager: a customer support representative that is responsible for answering and addressing customer problems, with a deep knowledge of customer’s account history and requirements. Available to Professional plan users only.
  • 30-days money back guarantee: available to Professional plan customers only where they subscribe to an annual plan directly and where they had no free trial of the product before subscribing. Free trial means any free access to the application other than the first free analysis that is available to any user.

5.2 Payment

All payments for any of the Diversiview plans are processed securely through Stripe.

LENSELL does not store any credit card information. By using Stripe, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://stripe.com/au/legal/ssa.

LENSELL is not responsible for any charges, fees, or issues related to your Stripe account or transactions.

5.3 Refunds

LENSELL offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Professional plan. If you are not satisfied with your Professional subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Note that this is only available if you had no free trial of the product before subscribing. Free trial means any free access to the application other than the first free analysis that is available to any user.

To initiate a refund, please contact your Diversiview account manager via the email or dedicated phone number.

For Basic and Pro plans, refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional circumstances such as prolonged system outages or service failures that significantly impact your use of the Diversiview platform, LENSELL may offer a partial or full refund at its sole discretion. Important Note: Refunds do not apply to issues arising from user error, incorrect data input, or lack of technical expertise on your side. Diversiview provides comprehensive support resources to assist users, found in the Diversiview Help page.

6. Account Limits

On the Starter and Essential plans only one email address is associated per account. You may never use another user's registration without permission.

Users on the Professional plan can link several individual accounts (represented by unique email addresses) under a company account. The specific number of accounts is determined and agreed upon at the start of the subscription and is reflected in the pricing. Any changes to the number of linked emails require a renegotiation of the subscription terms. Increasing the number of linked emails during a subscription will result in an adjustment to the monthly fee and potentially reset the start of the subscription period.

7. Support and Accessibility

Diversiview provides 24/7 access to our Help Page containing tutorials and videos for troubleshooting and guidance. While we strive to offer comprehensive support, response times for email inquiries may vary.

For Standard Support:

  • Business hours support is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (AEST).


For Essential and Professional Users:

  • Dedicated support is available via email and phone (international charges may apply).


We continually evaluate our support options to enhance user experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Diversiview platform and its contents are owned by LENSELL. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Diversiview platform without LENSELL's written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

LENSELL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Diversiview platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LENSELL harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Diversiview platform.

11. Termination

LENSELL may terminate your account at any time for any reason, including for the detected infringement of any of the terms described in this document.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

LENSELL reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. While LENSELL may notify you and all the other users when that happens, it is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service for any changes each time you visit Diversiview. LENSELL cannot be held liable of any consequences of you not being aware of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
