Diversiview is an application owned and operated by LENSELL GROUP PTY LTD (ACN 646 467 941 also short named as 'LENSELL' throughout this document).

Please read the following important Terms of Service carefully. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Diversiview and function as a legal agreement between you ("the user") and us ("the information provider").
Diversiview and any other services, tools, outputs, or insights provided by LENSELL under these Terms are intended for informational and analytical purposes only.
All information on the Diversiview website and in the produced reports is factual, based on known financial formula and theory and using purely mathematical calculations. Diversiview does not take your personal financial situation into account at any stage when calculating expected performance values or asset allocations.
LENSELL does not provide financial product advice, investment recommendations, or any form of personal or general financial advice. LENSELL is not licensed to provide such advice under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or equivalent legislation in any other jurisdiction.
You, the user, further acknowledge and agree that:
Your use of Diversiview is subject to these Terms of Service and LENSELL's Privacy Policy. Each time you use Diversiview or any other site owned by LENSELL you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of the following conditions, then you must immediately discontinue your use of Diversiview and any other site owned by LENSELL.
LENSELL may at any time revise or amend these Terms of Service and it is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service for any changes each time you visit Diversiview. Your use of Diversiview following any changes to these Terms of Service will signify your agreement to and acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. These Terms of Service apply to all customers, visitors, users, and others who view sites owned by LENSELL.
You agree that you are either at least 18 years of age or an emancipated minor or possess legal parental or guardian consent and are fully able and competent to enter into these Terms of Service and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. Diversiview is not intended for children under the age of 18.
LENSELL hereby grants you permission to use Diversiview as set forth in these Terms of Service provided that you will comply with the Terms of Service. Some of the information (price and data for stocks, funds, or other securities) on Diversiview is licensed to us by others.
To access most features in Diversiview, you must create an account. It is free to create an account and the data is stored in accordance with LENSELL's Privacy Policy
You may never use another user's account without their permission.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
As an added layer of security, we strongly encourage you to set the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), which can be done from the account settings section.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
LENSELL does not store any credit card information. By using Stripe, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://stripe.com/au/legal/ssa.
LENSELL is not responsible for any charges, fees, or issues related to your Stripe account or transactions.
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional circumstances such as prolonged system outages or service failures that significantly impact your use of the Diversiview platform, LENSELL may offer a partial or full refund at its sole discretion. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at contact@lensellgroup.com.
Important Note: Refunds do not apply to issues arising from user error, incorrect data input, or lack of technical expertise on your side. Diversiview provides comprehensive support resources to assist users, found in the Diversiview Help page.
For Self Service, only one email address is associated per account. You may never use another user's registration without permission.
You may never create multiple accounts to benefit from the free analysis offer under different identities. If you do so, your accounts may be deleted and your access restricted.
For the Optimisation Service and Platforms/Integrations, one primary email will be used for contact purposes.

Standard Support is available via electronic mail, on weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am through 5:00 pm AEST, with the exclusion of Australian Public Holidays.
While we strive to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible, the actual response time may vary depending on the volume of queries received.
Where Premium Support is purchased by professional or institutional users, LENSELL will allocate dedicated support resources as follows:
All intellectual property rights in the Diversiview platform, its contents and all produced insight and reports are owned by LENSELL. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Diversiview platform without LENSELL's written consent.
LENSELL disclaims all liability for any investment decisions, losses, or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of Diversiview. You agree to indemnify LENSELL against any claims arising from a breach of this clause.
LENSELL shall use reasonable efforts consistent with prevailing industry standards to maintain Diversiview in a manner which minimises errors and interruptions in the application. Diversiview may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or for unscheduled emergency maintenance, either by LENSELL or by third-party providers, or because of other causes beyond LENSELL’s reasonable control, but LENSELL shall use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice in writing or by e-mail of any scheduled service disruption.
HOWEVER, LENSELL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT DIVERSIVIEW WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE APPLICATION. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION, THE APPLICATION DIVERSIVIEW IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND LENSELL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LENSELL may terminate your account at any time for any reason, including for the detected infringement of any of the Terms of Service described in this document.
LENSELL reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. While LENSELL may notify you and all the other users when that happens, it is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service for any changes each time you visit Diversiview. LENSELL cannot be held liable of any consequences of you not being aware of these terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
